Renegade started in 2007 as a weekend sprinkler-repair business, and repair is still the part of the company that keeps the phones ringing. We have no minimum. A repair can be as small as swapping one head or setting your controller, and it starts at around $100.
We install and stock Rain Bird parts primarily. Rain Bird’s manufacturer warranty covers a defective product. It does not cover a head sheared off by a snow blower or chewed by the dog, which is where most repair calls actually come from. Our own labor and installation warranty is one year on anything we install.
About 160 households in the Morgan area have us out every spring and every fall, and the longest of those relationships goes back to 2008. Most of them are not home when we arrive. We know the gate code and where the shutoff is, and the same technicians come back year after year. This season a good share of our repair calls have been finishing work another company left undone, usually because a neighbor we already serve told them to call us.
One more thing: if we installed your system and something goes wrong, call us. We would rather hear about a leaking valve box the week it happens than a year later.
